AI Strategy, Adoption & Delivery
AI that actually ships.
You are accountable for AI in your organization. I make sure it gets done right.
I help organizations move AI forward when things feel messy, unclear, or stuck.
You do not need to know which kind of stuck you are. Bring the situation, or bring the idea you already want built. Either way, in one conversation you will know where it is breaking and what to do about it.
What actually changes:
-
You know what is worth doing and what to ignore
-
Risks surface before they become expensive rework
-
Your team leaves with a path they can actually follow, or a working AI solution they can run
I am not here to sell you tools. I will tell you what is ready, what is risky, and what is not worth building.
Where is AI getting stuck for you?
Most organizations don't have an AI problem.
They have a delivery problem.
It usually shows up as one of these, and often more than one: nobody owns it, the data is not usable, the pilot works but nobody uses it, or people are quietly worried about their jobs.

Value
You have plenty of AI ideas, but no shared view of what is worth pursuing or where it will create meaningful value.

Readiness
The opportunity looks promising, but questions about data, risk, ownership, governance, or technical readiness are slowing it down.

Delivery & Adoption
A pilot or solution exists, but it is not becoming dependable, supported, and genuinely used across the organization.

Why JenAI

-
25+ years in enterprise technology
-
Working in AI since 2016
-
Former IBM Executive Architect
-
Former Head of Engineering at Architech
I bring more than 25 years of enterprise technology experience and have worked in AI since 2016. I have led technical strategy at the IBM Generative AI Centre of Excellence, served as Head of Engineering at Architech, and helped move complex technology from ambitious ideas into systems that people can actually use.
My experience spans the full problem: executive strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, organizational change, and adoption. That means I can see where an AI initiative is likely to break before the organization spends heavily discovering it the hard way.
I have led teams through earlier platform shifts. That experience helps me separate durable change from temporary AI hype and translate between executives, legal, security, architecture, and engineering.
